There are no restrictions on academic background, age, or English proficiency, so anyone 18 years of age or older can apply if they do not have an infectious disease or serious criminal record.
It recruits 10,000 workers from all over the world each year for simple jobs that do not require highly educated or specialized skills or experience in the United States.
